  I was at the mall with my best frienf to go to Victoria secret/ Pink for new underwear I walked in and the people were kind asking if I needed help I asked if they had any shorts because my friend wanted shorts (ps they didn’t I learned myself) and the worker I’m pretty sure her name was Lucy or some name similar than that and I asked and Lucy said “they are in front of you.” I asked (kindly) that I needed the regular shorts that you wear not boy shorts and she was like “yea they are right in front on you” and I said “nevermind” and she walked up to me and my friend and she said these specific words “you know, you don’t have to be so rude I thought you meant boyshorts not the regular ones you wear you didn’t have to be so rude” As me and my best friend was shocked my those words and even more shocked as she went to the other workders and guess what she started telling the other workers and the other workers were just staring at us. As we saw them stare at us she immediately changed the subject saying “it’s busy today what a mess” I don’t mind the mess ik these workers work hard to organize as the other half of the store is being demolished. It just shocks me that one little thing we said (“nevermind”) makes Lucy think we are rude and tell other workers edit: I also forgot to add after that me and my best friend were not happy and we ended up not buying anything we put all the stuff we picked in one place and left unsatisfied. We drove all the way to Ventura for this? Smh the owner of this should do something about this and my best friend was even like “what did I do wrong” and I kept telling her it’s not you you didn’t even say anything
