  I don't like to write these kind of reviews but I must give credit where it is due. I have been using this Hand Wash and Auto Detailing Service For More Than 10 Years Now. (I will not be going back). I am the owner of one of the biggest taxi cab companies in the area. I have had all our drivers and myself use this place for so long. In one year I spent just over $4,000.00 on car washes trying to keep our taxis clean. The time has come to recognize that our cars are not really clean like they are so post to be. I have seen the service go down and down over the last year or so. I will be looking for a new place or go with a mobile car was guy. I am friends with a few of the workers in this facility and I am only giving it a 2 star because of them. They are good guy's. The rest of this place is going down hill. I cam in last week for the regular car wash. The previous time I was here..... "they forgot to apply the tire dressing"..... so this time I told them that I did not wont to pay the extra 3 dollars because it was not applied last time. I was told to show a receipt of my last visit to prove I paid for it last time. Not cool as I am a regular client here. 10 Years! + This was not about money it was about power and pride. I will not be going back and I will tell my drivers not to go as well. Remember I would have given 1 star if I had not a friend working there. Why would you clean you car...BUT... not the tires....? Good Luck.

  No longer use them. Every time I took the vehicle there to be cleaned, they ended up breaking something. They were good to begin with, but the service has degraded, and the costs are no longer worth it. Go elsewhere now...

  I should have read reviews before going there. I actually spent the $150 to get a mice detail/wash/wax done which I never spend that much. I was so disappointed. They lost a pic of my son I've had the last 10 years in my dash board. Other people have detailed it and that has never been the case. Under my seats were filthy, inside my doors were awful, black scratches on my dash board. However they shampooed it smells so awful can't stand to have my windows up. Super disappointed. After several people told me to go back I did. After only 1 day I went to talk.to Alex the manager and he made no deal of anything and offered to just simply blow my car out. I explained to him.I brought it on the weekend and don't have that kind of time during the week. He said I couldn't bring it Saturday "cause he doesn't know how dirty I will male it by then." At that point I knew to not go further showing him the rest of the car and how awful it was. I wish I could.post pics on here. I won't be getting gas there for my 3 vehicles ever again nor go in and buy anything. I suggest for everyone to never get there car washed tgerr.
