Had an appointment today and never called me called the office to check if they were on their way and the receptionist Dianna said she didn't know she had to call the tech and would call me back. Never did so called her back 1 hour later and said they weren't going to come to my house today. So bummer took a day of work for nothing. Absolutely do not recommend.
