  They are horrible, made many calls for service with no response, finally did a self check on the system and called their office again to see if they had an alert. They showed nothing. Come to find out my system was outdated and they had not been monitoring me for quite a while. They offered to replace but by then I lost trust. I just paid my quarterly and requested that back. It's been 6 months and nothing, sent follow up, nothing, notified the BBB and just received notification that they cannot get a reply. Do not do business with these people, they are unethical and will gladly take your money for it. Beware of these people, they are not like Draganchuk of old since Boyd bought them out!
